hi Vinay 2.0 here and what I have is a box that has arrived from HP it actually arrives several days ago when I was out of town my neighbour sign for it
I just got home this evening ran across the street as soon as my neighbours got home from work and went over check it out and to bring the box over here so as you can tell I’m a bit excited about this now what I have that you can just see part of it and in the screen but what I have already is an HP server 4 live M LV – it has a Z on it came with a Z on III 1 – 2 OD 3 and it’s been performing very well I’ve done some blog post on us that I also did it unboxing with it so here we have a machine it looks like it’s been packed very well here’s the power cord and setup information what I’m going to do is just pull it out of the box and set it up here I did let this private in the house and let it stabilize the temperature it had been in my neighbour’s garage the temperatures been running in the tens and twenties comes out of the box pretty easily and this is top so I’m going to do just take the phone off as protecting it okay and I’ll set this up on the table okay I hit to reposition the camera but I have this up on the table okay so taking a look at the the data on the tags to confirm what is here
The HP proliant in all 32 gen 9 price list and this is the performance model as a Xeon e3 one to four ov5 it’s a skylight 11 the t1 socket it has four cores and eight threads the pass mark score I just checked it on my surface 3 the pass mark score is ten thousand four hundred seventy seven later on when I’m doing work on this I’ll measure it myself and see how that performs okay the key in fact and show you this in the back you can see the key is attached right here I can easily take that off in fact let’s just go ahead and do that so we can open the case up you may be able to read this of hundred sixty watt the power supply and it has four slots okay so let’s go may have seen before on the front it looks very similar to my ml 10 B 2 2 5 and 1/4 inch openings
here you’ll notice I notice here it looks like it has 4 USB 3 slots in the front that’s a big change we saw on back let’s take another quick look at the back and on the back here there’s two USBs three slots and two USB two slots a video connector and two Knicks so the next thing is to open this up and to see what it looks like okay it’s locked it’s now unlocked and here we have the inside and what’s really handy is a great summary or reference kind of a quick reference on the inside panel now you earlier if you caught the glance my Surface 3 I haven’t turned to the quick specs page and what I’ve done is I’ve gone to HP’s website and over to downloaded quick specs PDF that’s on here
I have links to information on Mount 30 and all as well as the amount 30 user guide and maintenance guide these are all important things to get early on and so we can see the inside and it looks very much the same as IML 10 B to the power supply is taking up more space more space is taken here this Parshin of the power supply is part of the space for the vibrant quarter inch slot I’m going to now take front off and now is where we see a huge difference this and you know and see what I’m talking about there looks like we have additional power plugs here this so there you have it more to come thank you very much you
